Design Notes

This is a composite part that uses GFP to detect the function ofFleQ in the plasmid.


Source

Use RBS to produce FleQ protein under the promoter Pbad and use the GFP protein to reflect FleQ working under the control of Pci and Ppel in the plasmid.
